Enjoy traveling back in time to this gorgeous 1936 farm house. It sits on a bluff over Lake Michigan and is a part of preservation land, including the largest Giant Sequoia outside of California. The property and plant life are open for public observation. Your house will be private to your group only. You can walk to the Lake Michigan public beach. Downtown Manistee restaurants are less than 10 minutes away by car. Easy access to US-31 and M-22. Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course, Little River Casino, Crystal Mountain Resort are close by. This beautiful house is in the first stage of restoration. Thank you for staying and contributing to future repairs.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
